We kindly ask that you review all product details, sizing guides, and care instructions before completing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit for your wardrobe.

All purchases at Ardenté are considered final.

Due to the curated nature of our collection and our commitment to maintaining the integrity of each piece, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

We encourage you to carefully consider each purchase. Should you require assistance with sizing or styling, our team is available to provide personalized guidance before you complete your order.

Your satisfaction with the quality of our garments is paramount. In the rare instance that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping, we are committed to making it right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange under this policy:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage must be provided.
  • Original packaging must be retained.

Upon verification of the defect, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method may be offered in exceptional circumstances.

Domestic Orders (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $224 AUD

International Orders

  • International Standard: 10-21 business days
  • International Express: 5-10 business days
  • Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

During peak periods or collection launches, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each order is handled with care.

Ardenté is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend:

  • Providing a secure delivery address
  • Tracking your package regularly
  • Arranging for collection if you will not be available

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service first, then reach out to us for assistance.
